I'm a seasoned international technology executive with over two decades of experience driving high-growth businesses and leading large-scale transformations across Software Sales, Services, Customer Success, and Operations. Prior to founding Minervia Partners—a boutique investment and advisory firm—I held multiple global and regional leadership roles at SAP SE, where I consistently demonstrated a passion for enabling customers to achieve hypergrowth and operational excellence through cutting-edge technology. Since relocating to Singapore in 2013, I have focused on fast-growing and emerging markets. I began by leading SAP’s Consulting Practices for Asia Pacific & Japan, followed by my appointment as COO for the India Subcontinent in 2015. In 2017, I was named President of Southeast Asia and later took charge of the Midmarket segment across Asia Pacific & Japan. Most recently, I served as Head of Cloud Success Services for Asia Pacific & Japan, where I oversaw customer adoption, cloud renewals, and SAP’s Services business. I have also held key directorships, including board roles at SAP Asia, SAP India, and SAP Ariba International. Beyond my corporate work, I am deeply committed to mentorship. My journey began as a lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, and I continue to support the next generation of leaders by advising startups and mentoring emerging female tech talents across Asia and Latin America. I hold an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by MBA coursework at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and executive education programs at Stanford, INSEAD, and IMD.
