I’ve spent the past few years moving through different parts of sales and customer experience, and one thing became clear early on: I’m good at talking to people, understanding what they need, and helping a business grow because of it. I started in customer support, shifted into sales development, and eventually took on team leadership. Along the way, I learned how to build a pipeline from scratch, qualify the right prospects, and create conversations that turn into real opportunities. I’ve worked with teams across the US, Canada, and APAC, and I’ve handled everything from cold calls to onboarding, retention, and even recruitment when needed. What people usually notice about me is that I don’t just follow a script. I listen, I adjust, and I make sure the person on the other end feels understood. That’s what helps me book quality meetings, keep clients happy, and guide teams to hit their goals. I enjoy work that challenges me, lets me solve problems, and gives me space to grow. Whether it’s sales, customer success, or operations, I’ve always been the kind of person who jumps in, figures things out fast, and delivers.
