  • During my time as a Information Services Intern I was tasked with creating visual representations of our network for the rest of the department, as well as management. This would allow a majority of the people in our department and myself to be able to find switches in case of emergency or for general troubleshooting. Along with building Visio diagrams of the network, I also spent a majority of my time answering help desk phone calls, and either troubleshooting the issue myself or directing the call to an individual in the department who was more well versed with the application.
