With 12+ years of experience in business analysis and operations I specialize in using data, systems & process insights to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. I currently support Marketing Database Acquisition and Enrichment initiatives at Cvent GDC, ensuring our demand generation and campaign teams have accurate, high intent and scalable data to work with. My role spans data sourcing, quality governance and enrichment strategy, partnering with cross teams to drive measurable pipeline impact. I have strong expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process automation & team management. I am particularly passionate about process automation and partnering with stakeholders to truly understand their needs. I translate those needs into clear requirements & work with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions that actually get used. I like reconciling data and findings and I enjoy working with large datasets using analytics & advanced excel to generate actionable insights, dashboards & recommendations. My work spans the full lifecycle of solution delivery. That includes requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process flows, user guides), stakeholder alignment & UAT support and ongoing KPI monitoring.   • Partner with finance and technical team to help develop system requirements for budgets, incentives and reporting needs. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate business questions and sales needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor the performance of all clients on a monthly basis and ensure review meetings are conducted with the top performing customers. Assess and evaluate market share and achievement of set targets to identify any variance and ensure corrective action is taken.
  • I was also responsible for Pre sales agreements, P&L management and loyalty incentive payouts of 3,000 Travel accounts for Amadeus Retail in India. We also responded to RFP’s and RFI’s, agreement finalization and P&L management of these accounts. Negotiate all loyalty incentive payouts with business development staff to maximize profits and ensure timeline based processing and disbursement of approx. 100 million incentives in INR per quarter.
