At EY, I led one of the largest cyber technology pursuits, standing up a global cyber organization for a top-10 Fortune 500 divestiture and leading more than 40 agile cyber teams under aggressive timelines and executive scrutiny. Today, I also advise cybersecurity and AI companies as a Fractional CISO and Board Advisor, shaping security strategy and governance for emerging platforms. At AWS, I was brought in to create a new executive security advisory capability. I built a global team of former CISOs and developed the AWS Executive Security Simulation, a competitive, gamified experience adopted globally to drive real-time executive decision-making on secure cloud adoption, engaging hundreds of C-suite leaders worldwide. Earlier at Credit Suisse, I led the breakthrough into public cloud at a historically cloud-averse global bank, establishing the enterprise cloud security framework and enabling the first approved public cloud deployments for highly sensitive workloads, including high-performance computing and e-trading platforms. ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ My leadership style is grounded in orchestration, influence, and accountability.
