  • I am responsible for supporting the entire training process for Learning & Development through the administration of the company’s Learning Management System and am in charge of liaising closely with training providers and staff on training dates and venues. I also provide recruitment support to my colleagues in the Talent Acquisition team, such as through online portals like JobStreet or assisting in the implementation of Air Liquide's Internship Programme, as well as coordinating interviews with candidates.
  • This year, I was given the exciting opportunity of participating in ChemEx 2018 conducted by the Singapore Chemical Industry Council, as well as Air Liquide's Technical Community Leaders ceremony.
  • I was also given the opportunity to coordinate the end of year Intern Bash party with the Talent Acquisition team, and helped in planning the logistics needed to make this event a successful one. The party was attended by the various HR Business Partners, intern supervisors, as well as Mr. Ng Boon Hai, VP of Air Liquide's SEA Cluster and Managing Director of Air Liquide Singapore. I participated in my first career fairs in NUS and NTU in Jan and Feb 2019, where we discussed with graduating students on the many opportunities offered by Air Liquide.
