This questionnaire is ISO 9000 certified. Apart from this I asked many more questions about the company's pros and cons as feedback from the dealers. My work directly had an impact on the marketing department. After 1 month from my project the promotional strategy of the company has changed by which new advertisements of the companies were launched. The quantitative value of the company is on an evolving process.
  • The value that I gave to the company made their mind set change from the perspective they had of their dealers. I covered nearly half of South Tamilnadu in my project meeting 53 dealers.
