About

Product Designer Who Speaks Both User & Business My superpower? Taking messy problems and turning them into clean, delightful designs. I geek out over user research, obsess over the tiny details, and always ask 'but why?' until the solution clicks. The goal: designs that make people smile (or at least not throw their device across the room). The Journey: My path to product design wasn't exactly conventional. I started in HR, but here's the thing, I realised I didn't want to make an impact by relying on people to change. I wanted to make an impact by understanding them and creating solutions that just work. There's something powerful about designing a system or interface that solves problems without needing constant explanation or hand-holding. What sets me apart? Honestly, it's common sense. How I Work: I'm a curious problem-solver at my core. Give me a challenge, and I'll start by asking questions—lots of them. I dive deep into user research (because assumptions are design's worst enemy), sketch ideas until my hand cramps, iterate relentlessly, and polish every pixel until it shines. I've conducted 26+ research procedures, gathered insights from 300+ users, and led 18 usability testing sessions that resulted in real improvements, like a 15% reduction in task errors. Numbers are great, but what really drives me is that moment when a user says, "Oh, this just makes sense. What Gets Me Excited: Complex problems that need untangling. AI-powered features that actually help people (not just buzz). Making technical products feel human. Bridging the gap between what users need and what businesses require. And honestly? Those tiny micro-interactions that most people won't notice but will definitely feel. Currently: Pursuing my MSc in User Experience Design at the University of Portsmouth, where I'm combining academic rigor with real-world practice. Let's connect: Always happy to talk shop (or learn something new).

  • Pursuing a life-changing journey in User Experience Design at the University of Portsmouth, I am furthering my knowledge of user-centric design by studying user research, design thinking, and interactive prototyping. By studying modules such as User Research, Design Futures, and Creative Technologies, I am gaining international practical experience in understanding different user behaviors and designing valuable and inclusive digital experiences. This international learning community enables me to work with different user data sets, thus effectively closing the gap between design theory and practice, and equipping me to tackle complex UX problems with confidence and empathy.
