Building professional relationships that last and bringing in new business, are skills that were hard wired into me since I was a child. As the daughter of a small business owner, not only was hard work a requirement, but quick thinking and adaptability were expected. During these formative years, I was able to work under one of my (now, not as a teenager) most revered leaders, my father. He taught me the value of helping others, honoring your word, and putting customers first. These values have stuck with me through time, and have allowed me to work for some of the most innovative and purpose driven companies in the world. With 10+ years in B2B(C) I've accumulated a portfolio of skills and methodologies in the art and science of demand generation, sales pipeline acceleration, and bringing in more net new business to any organization. With proficiencies in multiple types of technologies, that range from geospatial information systems to customer relationship management/sales enablement tools, I am able to quickly adapt to a new environment. Faster adoption, faster contribution! Being able to meaningfully contribute to an organization with purpose has made my work feel easy. Today I get the chance to start another new chapter and help even more companies grow! As VP of WW Strategic Growth at Ecomitize, I am able to help businesses (like my father's) that might otherwise no longer exist because they were not large enough or technical enough to have an online presence. Our mission is to create a world class, complete eCommerce solution for online merchants. And we have done just that, by bringing together a talented group of people to deliver on their promises made to businesses of all size. From Nintendo to Missouri Bluffs, Ecomitize has helped them get and keep online customers; by offering a solution built by business owners, for business owners. Authenticity, transparency, and the willingness to put in the work and help where needed are my own personal values, as well as those of the organizations or groups I am a part of. With my team spread out all over the world it has already become an amazing opportunity to familiarize myself more with cultural nuances, selling styles, and marketing tactics that I may not have heard of previously.
