Training is delivered, but behaviour does not always shift in ways that influence revenue. The issue is rarely effort or knowledge alone. It is alignment. Alignment between leadership expectations and daily execution. Between commercial strategy and client conversations. Between confidence and competence in high-value decisions. This is where I work. I serve as a Commercial Performance Advisor and Growth Accelerator to Sales Directors and senior leadership teams across the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and global markets. My focus is straightforward: strengthen revenue consistency by aligning leadership, behaviour, and commercial intent. Over 25+ years, I’ve partnered with organisations including IBM, Google, Etsy, Carr Golf, Certa, AEI, Gyroscope, ISME and ITAA — supporting them in elevating consultative selling capability, leadership clarity, and human performance in commercially significant moments.
