People call me Kim. I spend most of my time explaining why “more traffic” is rarely the real problem. I work with B2B SaaS teams that already tried content, SEO, and growth tools, and still feel something is off in sales conversations. That “off” feeling is usually buyer confidence. My perspective comes from operating inside very different SaaS environments. At Kissflow, I saw what scale actually demands.
