• Designed and implemented “Carrier Recommendation Service” using ECS + EC2 aimed at providing 100k+ amazon sellers visibility into carrier’s on-time delivery performance for Self Ship orders to help sellers choose suitable carrier leading to improved customer experience, delivery performance metrics and seller rating
• Wrote a new service ‘Contingency Management’ from scratch using AWS Lambda + APIG. Automated critical functions such as seller vacation management, metrics management reducing manual effort and 200+ escalations per year during contingencies
• Managed the Accounting Systems associated with the Easy Ship service, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. Expanded the service from its initial launch in India, to four additional countries, engaging a user base of 60k+ sellers combined.
• Recognized a complex challenge in Seller Rewards Program faced by finance in generating Profit&Loss statements at General Ledger and channel level due to lack of identifiers in accounting.
• Resolved the issue by introducing new attributes ‘gl_type’ and ‘channel’ to be booked in financial systems, hence improving finance’s ability to track and analyze profitability at various levels
