• o Developed and deployed the PCP forecast model to optimize inventory flow from sellers to Sort Centres and increased PCP forecast accuracy by 39%, enhanced WAPE by 32%.
• o Leading the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of a new forecasting tool for Middle Mile forecasting which will automate constraint-based forecasting, integrating contingency planning and reducing manual efforts by minimum 3 manhours per cycle.
