I’m an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and board advisor with 26+ years of helping B2B organizations turn customer value into enterprise value. Partnering with more than 300 technology, manufacturing, and professional services companies, I help leaders eliminate random acts in marketing, selling, and customer engagement — and replace them with intentional, customer‑centric strategies that accelerate growth, reduce risk, and strengthen execution. My fascination with value started young — at nine, I learned to craft a value proposition to sell chocolates door‑to‑door. At Motorola, I saw firsthand that you can’t scale what you don’t measure. Those lessons shaped my career and the founding of VisionEdge Marketing, where our work centers on clarity, performance measurement, and operationalizing customer value. I’ve developed frameworks and tools, including Circle of Traction™, the P4 Model, and Accelance®, a patented SaaS platform that links strategy, metrics, and execution. I’m also the author of four books, including Fast-Track Your Business, and a frequent speaker on customer‑centric growth, accountability, and marketing performance management. Today, I’m passionate about helping leaders replace random acts with data‑driven discipline; reclaiming strategic capacity, scaling intentionally, and creating durable enterprise value.
