• As a recruiter I launched the Solution Engineering Scout program which consisted of hiring 50 full-time new college grads into a 6 month training based in Indianapolis. Through a targeted campus strategy along with forming club and diversity partnerships, I hired over 100 diverse candidates (FY2020) from various backgrounds into a role that will launch them into the tech world. Solution Engineering scouts at Salesforce make an impact by showcasing our technology in a pre-sales environment and demonstrating the benefits of our cloud-based architecture to customers and prospects as they move to transform their business.
