I help build high-performing teams from the ground up. Currently, I'm responsible for connecting the best and brightest college students with an amazing career at Airtable. I currently recruit for New Grad Software Engineering Talent across a variety of Product and Infra engineering teams! I am originally from the Midwest (Go Hoosiers), I spent some time living in Spain before settling in San Francisco. I’m addicted to travel and enjoy finding great new spots to eat in the Bay area. I’m an avid believer that if you don’t love what you do, you should find something else to do. I try to respond to everyone who messages me but due to volume that isn't possible (sorry!).
