I’m a business operator who happens to specialize in people. Over two decades, I’ve guided companies through inflection points—IPO, CEO transitions, hypergrowth—and now the frontier of AI transformation. I currently lead as the Chief People Officer at Dataiku, the Universal AI Platform used by 700+ global enterprises. Our platform enables analytics, models, and agents in one place — bridging data, governance, and operational execution. Because we support a full AI & agent stack across cloud, legacy, and hybrid environments, we help organizations scale innovation with control. As we expand our own GenAI capability, I partner across leadership, engineering, and governance to make AI adoption disciplined, trustworthy, and sustainable. Before Dataiku, I served as Chief People Officer at Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM), where I joined pre-IPO and helped scale the company from ~$330M to $4B+ in revenue and from 1,700 to 7,000+ people. I supported the company through IPO readiness, global expansion, and pandemic-level scale — all while preserving culture and strategic alignment at speed. At Stash, a $100M ARR fintech, I was hired to bring structure and discipline. I led the founder-to-non-founder CEO transition, reorganized leadership, and embedded operating frameworks that drove EBITDA-positive performance and margin expansion. I also serve on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Compensation Committee for Wellhub (backed by SoftBank, General Atlantic, EQT), where I’ve helped support 4X revenue growth. In that role, I work on executive pay philosophy and practices, equity strategy design, compensation governance, and organizational scaling. Earlier roles across BNP Paribas (Paris, London), SunTrust, Televerde, and Driscoll’s sharpened my ability to adapt and deliver across industries and geographies. I believe growth is a people decision. And as we accelerate into generative and agentic AI, the promise is real — but so is the risk. Agentic sprawl is the new frontier of operational risk. Without intention, the systems we build today may become the problems we must reconcile tomorrow. I aim to partner with leaders to build guardrails and architectures that let AI and human judgment scale in harmony.
