My experience spans global implementations of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Cornerstone Cloud, modernising HR tech ecosystems to unlock the power of analytics, automation, and AI. Having worked in global brands across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, I bring deep cross-cultural experience and a proven ability to navigate complexity while driving sustainable change.
