• Provide senior technical leadership and pre-sales engineering support to cover all opportunities across the Federal marketplace for KEMP Technologies. Assist current and future KEMP customers to recognize the exceptional value of KEMP's full range of hardware/virtual/bare metal/cloud based load balancing products and services. Improve KEMP name recognition as the premier value and technology leader in the areas of load balancing, FIPS certified SSL proxies, Federal PIV/CAC integrated services and web applications firewalls. Personally worked with program management and developers to ensure all Federal and DoD requirements were incorporated into our products. Successfully took KEMP products thru initial DoD JITC Unified Capabilities Approved Product List (UC APL) testing and approval. Instrumental in growing KEMP 2016 Federal sales 3 x our previous year. Completed recertification under DoD UC APL with a perfect Information Assurance scorecard, resulting in 3 year approval extension for KEMP LoadMaster advanced application load balancer.

• Provided senior technical and business development support to all DoD sales and engineering teams within Riverbed. Opened new opportunities for sales teams with potential value in the $40-50M range. Provided sales enablement for over $40M in CY13 sales. Obtained access to Senior DoD officials such as Army Deputy CIO/G6, DISA Chief Technology Officer, USAFCYBER Commanding General and many more. During my 36+ years of federal service, I developed many senior leader contacts throughout the DoD IT community both within the Government as well as across the System Integrator community. Provided extensive knowledge transfer to sales/engineering teams related to DoD IT initiatives and architectures. Prepared RFI and RFP responses. Developed complex architectural solutions to meet DoD security, performance and costs constraints while ensuring maximum profitability to Riverbed. Internal restructuring across Riverbed resulted in corporate downsizing and my position was abolished.
