• In the process my responsibilities and efforts included:
• Leading a team of over 100 members, including 12 Core Team Heads, 27 Core Team Members, 10 Tech Team Heads,31 Associate Members and 21 Tech Team Sub-heads.
• Taking various initiatives such as contacting over 30 Companies for garnering sponsorships, Implementing the online payment and registrations for the first time in Spring Fest to ensure good quality participation
• As a Media head I handled the various media avenues such as the Print and Online media partners, Radio Partner, Social Media handles of Spring Fest on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube with a 250% increase in followers and reach.
• Achieving highest ever out station participation from over 1000 colleges from all over the country,
• through a network of over 600 Campus Ambassadors of various colleges throughout India
• Grand Reunion of 1970 Batch: Working closely with the office of Alumni Affairs, to invite 140 esteemed Alumni such as Mr. Arjun Malhotra (Co-Founder HCL), Mr. Ranbir Gupta for the 1970 batch Grand Reunion

• As a part of the Core Organising Team of Spring Fest 2014, I worked in all facets of the fest, Events, Media, Design, Sponsorship, and Publicity and was in-charge of Guest Hospitality during Spring Fest 2014:
• Instrumental in approaching various companies and garnering sponsorships worth INR 5 Lakhs from Maharashtra
• Formulated and organized various new and existing events of Spring Fest
• Publicized the fest in Rajasthan and coordinated with ASP's to garner participation with a 200% YoY increase.
• Responsible for the Reception and Accommodation of over 160 esteemed guests that come during the fest Including the likes of Salim-Sulaiman, Vishal Dadlani, Agnee, and other International artists

• As an Associate Publicity Member, I was responsible for the publicity of Spring Fest in Rajasthan, that saw participation for the first time in 3 years
• Also I was integral in increasing the online presence of Spring Fest through publicity using various online media avenues: Facebook (Page likes increased by over 15000 or 250%), Twitter (Followers increased by 200%).
• During the Fest, I was a part of the Guest Reception and Hospitality team and coordinated between the core team members and Spring Fest volunteers.
