I am Monimala Manna, an MBA candidate with a strong interest in Human Resources. Every great company is built on one thing- its people. That realization didn't come from a textbook. It came from watching how the right environment makes people thrive, and the wrong one makes them shrink. That's when I knew I didn't just want to be in business. I wanted to be in the business of people. I'm currently pursuing my MBA with a focus on HR & People learning the science behind what makes organizations work and the art of making people feel they belong. But my real classroom has been outside the lecture hall → Leading teams where I learned that trust is built in small moments → Organizing large-scale college events where chaos taught me calm → Mentoring peers and realizing that sometimes, being heard is all someone needs → Resolving conflicts and understanding that every disagreement has a human story behind it I believe HR isn't a support function it's a strategic one. Culture doesn't happen by accident. Engagement isn't a metric. And people aren't resources they're the entire point. I'm at the beginning of this journey, but I'm building with intention.
