I was the first engineer at ShipBob. Built the core infrastructure, scaled the engineering team from 2 to 40+, and helped the platform handle millions of shipping transactions. After ShipBob, I built and sold Preflight — a UI automation testing platform that got into Y Combinator and was licensed by a major US bank. Now I run AgenticEdge — I help companies design and deploy AI agents that automate operations across Salesforce, Zendesk, and Jira. The problem is simple: ops teams spend hours toggling between platforms doing repetitive work that should be handled by software. I've seen it firsthand, and I'm fixing it.
