Growing up I used to dismantle my toys/gadgets at sight in an attempt to understand how and why they work that way and rebuild it to full functionality. Just like everything in life, I did succeed in some and lost others. The broken ones were not enough to stop me , rather taught me to learn from failed experiments and approach for the next experiment. I would attribute my greatest win is my curious nature, inorder to get into the depth of events and seize opportunities to reinvent and recreate as per changing human behaviour. Since Retail is all about making customer with everyday innovative strategies and products,I started my career with sales. That made me realise that I wish to get into the depth of product cycle and help recreating with changing buying behaviour. So the 9 years of journey started as Retail Merchandiser, Category buyer, Export manager and E-commerce Manager with national brands like Bata India, Meesho, Liberty Footwear, Bullion Bats, Urban Orchards, GAP.inc with various product lines of Footwear, Bags, FMCG, FNV and Apparels. Learning: "Its will more than skill" Outside of work I love to be part of Gym, sports (cycling) and gossiping (about business trends).
