All set to begin the new journey with Sprinklr! Have worked with Edelman India as a Manager Analyst in Digital marketing where I experienced & explored all social media analysis, listening, crisis management, real-time monitoring, psychographic audience insights, primary & secondary research and Influencer's management & performance Review. Prior to this, I was working as Lead WFM in IBM Global Services. worked on real-time adherence and management tools. Prepared daily schedule for the aligned process. Before moving to the workforce management profile I was aligned with Google process and was dealing with their keywords, CPCs, CTRs and other basic things related to digital marketing. I can deal with all the Standard Online Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, Google Adwords etc. Specializing in Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Very familiar with all the Optimization and keyword scrubbing tools. Technical Skills - SQL, Python, Advanced MS Excel Did a few Live projects as well. Like - Indian wildlife with Crezone Technologies in 2012. so very familiar with all web development tools as well and can work easily with ASP, .net , Php and HTML.
