I'm pursuing a dual Master's in Human Resource Management and Organisational Psychology, with a focus on strategic HR and People partnering for early and growth-stage organizations. My core interest is at the intersection of talent intelligence and people strategy, specifically, how high-growth companies can scale performance without losing their human core. At RTP Global, I work across talent, founders, and portfolio strategy. I built and manage a 140+ member curated HR talent network, reaching 142 professionals, driving a 32% outreach-to-call conversion, and conducting 45+ structured screening conversations across HRBP, Org Design, Performance, and Culture. I've partnered directly with founders on zero-to-one HR hires, sourcing and closing 2 hires end-to-end. Alongside this, I led talent and leadership mapping across 36+ portfolio companies, generating org structure and role gap insights that shaped founder engagement strategy, informed LinkedIn advisory for portcos, and helped the non-investing team identify hiring opportunities, all while navigating founder relationships with care. At SHRM India, I worked across talent insights, capability building, and communication design, gaining early grounding in how data, empathy, and execution come together to drive workforce outcomes. Most importantly, what ties it all together: I like to view people problems as systems. I enjoy diagnosing context, identify root causes, and design solutions that hold both business outcomes and human experience in the same frame. I love experimenting with AI and designing automated tools to move fast on what's clear, and think carefully about what isn't.
