I am an experienced sales leader with long experience from enterprise software business in EMEA, especially in the Nordics. I am very hands on with an entrepreneurial do-it mindset, and I have worked with direct sales as well as with 2-tier channel, OEM and VAR partner models. . My background is technical, and I have worked with software development and system design. During my +20 year in enterprise software sales, I have: • Recruited, coached and managed overachieving sales teams, both in channel and direct sales • Managed strategic key accounts, closing many six/seven figure $ deals • Trained sales reps in prospecting, opportunity management and solution selling, using methodologies like MEDDIC, Command of the Message, BASHO, SPIN, Challenger sales. • Been part of sales leadership teams for Nordics, EMEA and global • Worked with SaaS, Subscription and On Prem business models • Worked with VARs, ISVs, OEMs, SIs, distributors and resellers • Helped many partners grow and overachieve their business targets • Worked in remote and hybrid roles, and managed local sales teams as well as remote teams across EMEA • Deep experience and networks in manufacturing, financial services and IT in the Nordics • Constantly overachieved my targets, qualifying to multiple President Club I am a motivator and change agent that never hesitates to challenge the status quo in order find a better way of doing things and meeting my targets.
