• November First operates a B2B payment processing platform serving 250+ merchants across Nordic markets, processing 100M DKK in daily transaction volume under GDPR, AML and FATF compliance frameworks.
• As lead engineer, I owned the core platform technically end-to-end across architecture, delivery, and compliance infrastructure.
• Built the FATF screening system from scratch: automated detection of payments to blacklisted entities using regularly updated sanctions lists, achieving 99.99% compliance with GDPR, AML and FATF standards
• Eliminated deployment failures by implementing TeamCity and Octopus Deploy, reducing deployment time from 60 minutes to 5-10 minutes with full automation
• Introduced Azure Event Hubs and Azure Functions to replace synchronous payment flows with event-driven, eventually consistent architecture
• Operated within a Domain Driven Design codebase, owning bounded contexts across payment processing, merchant onboarding and compliance

• ThingMZing was a privacy-first social platform built on zero-knowledge architecture, giving users verifiable control over their data without trusting the platform operator.
• As founder and CEO, I owned product vision, architecture, fundraising, partnerships, and team building. The platform was shut down in 2023 following a strategic assessment of unit economics and market fit.
• Raised $50K seed funding and established partnerships with Electronic Frontier Foundation, Privacy International, Brave, and Proton for zero-knowledge architecture implementation
• Built cross-functional team of 12 and scaled the platform to 10K+ monthly active users through community-driven, decentralized moderation
• Designed distributed system architecture using Azure Event Hubs and Azure Functions, achieving eventual consistency across decentralised platform components

With effective leadership, the project was rapidly operationalized and the team scaled to over 80, contributing significantly to organizational growth.
