From Last 6 years I am working at the intersection of growth, strategy, and execution. In my recent role, I’ve focused on user acquisition and retention — designing scalable growth loops, optimising funnels, and building data-backed strategies that go beyond vanity metrics and drive real business outcomes. At 3dot14, I apply the same thinking for clients across sectors — from Upstox, Groww, and Jar in the finance space, to Amazon, Blinkit, and Flipkart in e-commerce. The common thread across all engagements is sustainable growth, driven by performance marketing, cohort-based retention, LTV optimisation, and continuous experimentation. Before this, I built and ran my own startup, working end-to-end across product, growth, and P&L. This gave me hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, while managing teams, budgets, and strategy holistically. It reinforced a simple belief: growth works best when business fundamentals are sound. I’m an alumnus of IIM Mumbai, and my background in competitive exams has shaped a structured, first-principles approach to problem solving, prioritisation, and decision-making — traits that naturally support strategic roles.
