Raghav Chadha — CEO
I am the youngest Member of Parliament of the upper house (Rajya Sabha) in India. A Chartered Accountant by training, I strive to bring clarity and rigour to shaping public policy and governance. In Parliament, my focus is on issues that affect citizens in their daily lives, such as relief in income tax, affordable facilities at airports, GST concessions on essentials, among other things. As Vice Chairman of the Delhi Jal Board, I helped expand access to clean drinking water. I have also attempted to make youth participation in public life a priority, building platforms where young people can contribute to decision-making and benefit from policies on skills, jobs, and financial independence. I continue my effort to shape policy in India and abroad, guided by the everyday hopes of citizens and a commitment to accountability and service. Along the way, I have been recognized with the India-UK Outstanding Achievers award, named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and invited to programs at Harvard Kennedy School and the USA’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
