• YNV is a multi-brand technology and financial services group operating across 13 hubs in 11 countries with 6,000+ employees — and the corporate systems landscape reflected that complexity. Fragmented applications, inconsistent infrastructure standards, and disconnected ERP environments across jurisdictions created operational risk that grew proportionally with the business.
• My mandate was to bring coherence to that complexity. I spearheaded delivery of applications, infrastructure, and ERP rollout across YNV's global corporate systems — partnering with the CTO and business leaders to align technology execution with group-wide priorities. Information security, compliance, and system controls were embedded into delivery, not treated as afterthoughts.
• In parallel, I took on business development responsibility for technology and professional services positioning across Sub-Saharan Africa — expanding the commercial footprint while the operational foundation was being stabilized.

• Most technology leaders get one seat at the table. For eleven years at AbsolutData, I held two — simultaneously.
• As CTO and CISO across three business units, I built the technology foundation for a $25M AI and analytics firm from the ground up — product development, infrastructure, security, and compliance — while keeping the C-suite informed on every dimension that mattered. Not just what technology could do, but what it should do, and what it cost if it went wrong.
• The defining work was the AI/ML transformation. I executed a technology roadmap focused on AI, ML, SaaS product development, and compliance modernization that accelerated revenue by 25% and repositioned AbsolutData from an analytics services firm into a technology-led insights platform. The roadmap wasn't just a technical exercise — it was a commercial thesis, executed through engineering.
• Running security alongside technology at that scale meant never having the luxury of treating either as secondary. Cybersecurity was embedded into product architecture, client delivery, and compliance frameworks — not managed as a separate function.
• In December 2020, Infogain Corporation acquired AbsolutData. The acquisition validated what the technology organization had built — a platform, a team, and a security posture that institutional buyers found worth owning.

• Co-created Snowball.in — a scalable e-commerce platform revolutionizing employee benefits and rewards. Reached 2.1 million users in 45 days. Led the acquisition by Benefits Plus (Infotel Group) in April 2011, overseeing finance, HR, and corporate affairs through seamless post-merger integration. Built it. Scaled it. Sold it.

• Co-founded a high-technology product development firm focused on Forex, Stock, Commodities, and Derivative Market Applications. Owned product management, project execution, infrastructure, and client relationships end-to-end.
