• As a key member of the Engineering team at OneBill,
• I contributed significantly to the development of frontend and the backend of the application to solve the customer problem with the innovative solution.
• I have developed several key features for the app, including intelligent import, Usage Rating UI revamp which have significantly enhanced the user experience. Additionally, I have developed end to end API's and UI for the intelligent import framework that have helped OneBill customers streamline its migration and management processes of data, resulting in improved efficiency and decreased the manual work during the onboarding time. With the intelligent import feature, customer can upload their own format and just map their fields to the OneBill fields and save it as template. This feature significantly reduce the on-boarding team work from manually changing their file headers to OneBill headers.
• Worked and took the ownership of solving one of the biggest problem in billing industry (i.e) Revenue Leakage Detection and Correction. Developed an engine that gets the input of the two month revenue of the customer and made the comparison and classify the root cause for both the case profit or loss and visualize the data in the very interactive manner in-order to give the vision on their sources of revenue leakage to the business using Snowflake and QuickSight.
• One of my most significant contributions to the company was in helping to come up with the innovative solution by bringing the new technologies.
