• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting attorneys in conducting legal research .
• Drafting legal documents for a variety of cases, including civil litigation and contract law.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs, memoranda, and other documents related to pending cases.
• Attending court proceedings,hearings and meetings , and assisting with the preparation of case materials.
• Visiting District Courts, Consumer Forums, and High Court as per the different matters fixed on daily routine basis where I get an opportunity to appear before the Hon’ble Judges and magistrates and observing various stages of both Civil and Criminal Cases.
• Learnings of legal procedures, laws, and regulations .
• Learning about court policies and procedures: Gaining an understanding of the court's policies and procedures, as well as the legal issues that are typically addressed in the court.
• Gaining an understanding of the legal system and the role of district courts within it.
• Developing strong research and writing skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
