I designed and built automated readiness checks and dashboards that proactively detect configuration and CDN issues before runtime impact, significantly reducing release risk and improving production confidence. As a people leader, I currently manage a team of 4 engineers, scaled the team from 2 → 4 over the last year, and helped promote 2 engineers from SDE-1 to SDE-2. I’m actively involved in hiring, mentoring, and creating an environment where engineers grow into strong owners and leaders. Before my EM role, I worked as a senior IC across frontend and full-stack systems: At Sprinklr, I led major Next.js migrations, localization infrastructure, and UI systems used across enterprise and distributed products. At Uber (AdTech), I worked as a full-stack engineer building real-time simulators, Kafka-based workflows, and partner integrations using Go and React. I care deeply about clarity, ownership, and sustainable execution — building systems and teams that scale without burning people out.
