Most recently at Cloudflare, I served as a trusted technical and architectural advisor to the company's largest and most complex customers. Drawing on my experience as both a builder and an operator, I partnered with engineering leaders to modernize application delivery, networking, and security stacks on Cloudflare's global edge platform — accelerating the shift from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native, edge-first designs and driving measurable time-to-value. Before that, as Managing Director at BNP Paribas Americas, I built a Board mandated independent technology and cyber risk management organization overseeing the CSO, CISO, CIO, and CTO functions. I led hands-on technical assessments, adversary emulation exercises, and architecture redesigns to strengthen operational resilience under real-world conditions — while modernizing platforms supporting cloud-native workloads, AI systems, and high-throughput payment infrastructure. I provided transparent risk reporting directly to the Board and Regulators. At Ernst & Young, I drove growth in the Risk and Cyber Advisory practice across the Americas West Region, partnering with engineering and architecture teams at large technology-driven enterprises. My focus: Zero Trust architectures, cloud-native security platforms, ML-driven detection and response, and offensive security programs built on assumed-breach models — all aimed at simplifying complex environments without sacrificing engineering velocity. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles across multiple industries, giving me a cross-sector lens that informs everything I do today. Beyond my operating roles, I advise founders, VCs, and PE firms on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising — and I invest as an LP in angel syndicates focused on cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technology. I share what I've learned as a published author, speaker, and panelist, and I've been recognized as a nominee to the International Scholars Honorary Society.
