Since my second year in Engineering in Bangalore, I started helping early stage startups near my college vicinity, grow fast by understanding Consumer insights and efficient market positioning. I also help them achieve Brand aesthetics with differentiating value & help boost their sales & customer loyalty. I started a Digital Agency with few of my college buds, but then things didn't go well as expected. I understood, running a business requires more Strategy with Process oriented approach than just blindly acquiring Leads & Sales. Hence I started working on the ultimate "Secret Tool" of running a business, which is nothing but Proper Realistic Execution & Growth Strategy.
