• I currently lead a team of 12 software engineers and applied scientists focused on improving Bing’s search experience. My charter spans two main areas: driving Bing’s growth through integrations within Windows, and enhancing relevance for developer and troubleshooting queries. This goes beyond the realm of traditional search and infact pushes this by building agentic, action-oriented experiences.
• My work involves combining large-scale data-driven systems with applied ML especially around ranking, query understanding, and relevance modeling to improve user satisfaction and engagement metrics. I focus not just on model quality, but also on system scalability, experimentation frameworks, and cross-surface impact.

• As a member of the Bing Tech Segment team, I focused on universalizing features owned by our team. This involved creating multi-lingual models for query understanding and query-answer relevance.
• Additionally, I made significant contributions to the ‘Help with Settings’ feature in the Windows settings app. This feature empowered Windows users to swiftly troubleshoot issues related to setting up Windows features. Notably, I led the successful integration of this feature into Windows 11.
