About

After leading global product and technology organizations at Target and UnitedHealth Group, I saw a consistent pattern: experimenting with new AI tools is easy. Getting large, distributed teams to actually learn from each other and share their work and creativity is the hard part. With AI, that gap becomes a scaling problem. Most organizations don’t struggle with access to AI. I see this play out most often during sprint demos, planning reviews, and internal AI showcases. They struggle to make AI work visible, shared, and repeatable across hundreds or thousands of engineers, product managers, and business partners. These events still happen—but often in ways that feel flat, fragmented, or transactional, especially on Zoom or Teams. I started DemoHop to change that. DemoHop is built for the real rhythms of product and engineering work—sprint reviews, quarterly planning, demo days, hackathons, and internal AI showcases. It helps teams clearly see what others are building, learn from real examples, and turn isolated experimentation into shared momentum. If you’re leading a distributed or fast-growing tech organization, I enjoy comparing notes with other product and technology leaders. More at DemoHop.com
