I have been creating and leading law enforcement and military training since 1989. The courses I offer are all based in solid doctrine or tactics and provide students with proven adult learning methods to maximize not just learning, but portability so the information can be used on the job! With over four years of experience as a Corporate Security Manager, I have been leading physical security operations with both domestic and international scope. I focus on regulatory compliance, project management, and implementing advanced access control and CCTV systems to enhance security and safety across multiple sites. By fostering strong relationships with law enforcement and local businesses, I contribute to the development and enforcement of effective security policies. Building on a 23-year career with the FBI, including roles as Unit Chief and Supervisory Special Agent, I bring a wealth of expertise in leadership, regulatory compliance, intelligence analysis, and public speaking. The FBI’s Office of Partner Engagement (OPE) builds bridges, creates new partnerships, and strengthens and supports relationships between the FBI and other federal agencies, as well as with state, local, tribal, and campus law enforcement; national and international law enforcement associations; and others within the broad public safety, law enforcement, and homeland security communities.
