I work at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and AI-led transformation, helping enterprises turn ambitious ideas into adopted solutions and measurable business impact. At Bain, I help clients adopt and scale ARC (Action, Results, Collaboration), Bain’s in-house transformation platform. My work goes beyond implementation, I partner with clients to understand their priorities, translate complex transformation goals into practical solution journeys, and ensure teams are equipped to drive real outcomes through SaaS adoption, digital enablement, and AI-powered ways of working. A significant part of my role also sits close to Product, bringing the voice of the customer into product conversations, support enablement, shape feature requirements, identify adoption gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to make ARC more intuitive, scalable, and valuable for the people using it every day. What I enjoy most is bridging client reality with product possibility, I understand what organizations are trying to solve, where change gets difficult, and how technology can be shaped to create lasting value and not just launched, but adopted, trusted, and embedded into the way teams work. I bring a mix of client engagement, product thinking, data analysis, change management, and execution discipline. My approach is practical, collaborative, and outcome-focused: understand the problem deeply, align the right people, simplify the path forward, and keep impact at the center. For me, transformation is not about adding more tools or chasing the next trend.
