My work spans consulting, fitness-tech, and content — but the underlying interest has always been the same: how people make decisions, and what helps them stay consistent over long periods of time. I’ve helped early-stage teams build sales pipelines, design habit loops, set up dashboards, and create simple systems that reduce friction for users. Before that, I worked with clients across automotive, cement, dairy, and home appliances on planning, GTM, procurement, and after-sales challenges. On the fitness side, I’ve been training for years — powerlifting, running, and more recently experimenting with smart training tools.
