• Working on Oracle Applications like ERP (Enterprise resource planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CRA (Customer Request Application), CDQ (Customer Data Quality Application),OSC(oracle sales cloud) and GSI (Global Single instance) and fusion Applications.

• Handle all critical and major Escalation and SR's with a complete and appropriate solution.
• Responsible for Internal and external process quality check for CDO team.
• Provide Training to the new team members and assist the team.
• Mapping customer data of acquired companies to Oracle database by ensuring 100% quality and accuracy in Architecture (TCA registry) of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Maintain customer data quality through Quality checking for account within the GSI & sales cloud system for Global countries.
