Here's a little about me and what I do… My name is Sterling Frandsen. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. And I have a deep passion to build relationships and help others find solutions to their problems. I'll add more about me down below. WHAT'S TILED? Tiled is an interactive content assembly tool (take a look at some examples in my featured content section on LinkedIn). It helps you take boring static content like PDFs, PPTs, etc. and turn it into an app like experience. Kind of like a choose your own adventure. We know that people are expecting personalized experiences, so wjy not let them personalize it to themselves? WHAT DO I DO AT TILED? I work with our current customers on expansion efforts. We look at the value being driving with microapps and then create a compelling business case to share with other internal stakeholders. This method has proven successful and beneficials for all parties involved. I'm working on our partner selling motion. In this role, I am reaching out to sales reps to sales leadership to enable them on the co-sell motion going on. I am a subject matter expert that is brought in to help close deals and provide insight when Tiled is brought up in a buying conversation. WHO HAVE WE WORKED WITH?   • TruAccel is a maintained operating system for Tern built for Travel Advisors and Travel Agencies/Host Agencies. I created and manage the TruAccel Vault Community in Tern, where members access shared workflows, automations, email templates, tasks, and forms, plus ongoing monthly releases and release notes to keep their system current. Traveler guides are delivered via an external share-link library (kept updated through the subscription) and tags are delivered as a reference document to support clean setup and consistent operations. Training and setup videos are included to help members align their Tern account to the Vault structure and implement updates confidently.
