• Developed a Zepto Cafe Quadrant using SQL and data analysis to evaluate SKUs across bill penetration, gross profit, refunds, and ROS. Identified SKUs with bad bill penetration and bad refunds, leading to a 3-5% increase in bill penetration and 4-6% reduced in refunds after targeted interventions.
• Pricing Index
• Developed an automated dashboard to track the pricing index of the top 70% FNV SKUs against competitors, optimizing pricing for better sales. Identified and addressed 159 SKUs with higher CP than Competitor SP, leading to a 2% increase in buying margin.
