When I was in my teenage years, I started to have a desire to look fashionable and cool like my peers. However, I couldn't afford to buy expensive trendy products. That's when I realized that there must be many others like me who wanted to look stylish without breaking the bank.
Driven by this idea, I founded Emerging Trends - a one-stop solution for teenagers to look fashionable and wear cool and trending products. As a drop-shipping store, we had over 600 customers just on Instagram. It was an exhilarating experience as it was my first time dealing with sales, customer service, pitching, and marketing.
Through hard work and determination, we were able to gain the trust and loyalty of our customers. We strived to provide the best possible customer service and ensured that each customer received the attention they deserved.
Later, I decided to sell the business and move on to new challenges. It was a bittersweet moment for me, but I was proud of what we had accomplished and knew that the business was in good hands.
