• At GitHub Packages, owned the Container Registry Service, which caters to open-source projects like Homebrew and sees over ~1 million downloads every 30 minutes. Led a 5-6 member engineering team to deliver key projects, including converting the single-tenant packages service to a multi-tenant model, live-migrating a MySQL database, serving GitHub Actions CI/CD scripts as packages, and optimising the the service to serve customers at a large scale reliably. Expanded GitHub Packages’ access policies by designing and implementing an additional level of package visibility, providing enterprise customers with enhanced control over their packages.

• Spearheaded the successful scaling of the test case management (TCM) micro-service in Azure DevOps, enabling it to handle traffic for millions of test cases per customer.
