• As CTO, I grew the team from 2 engineers in 2017 to a distributed team of 80, hiring some of the best engineers from Apple, Meta, and Google.
• Built and architected the application to handle real time text editing and real time event data flow which supported the heavy transactional workloads from over 10,000 organizations.
• Coded, built and maintained the data science infrastructure and AI R&D.

• As a part of my research I worked with the Brisbane Bureau of Meteorology on predicting the effects of global warming on solar energy generation for the next 25 years. Which led to building out an ETL pipeline to process millions of data points and using neural networks for the actual analysis.

• Gradberry Middle East was the region's largest careers platform for students and fresh graduates to find internships and entry level roles. We started the platform with $200 from our college library, and eventually grew it to the largest platform for students in the region with over 650 universities represented.
• Our research and work was featured in Wired, BBC and Huffington post for early work into recruiting algorithms and for using meritocratic, unbiased recruiting functions. We also won grants from MIT, Cartier, United Nations (ITU) for helping thousands of graduates find jobs and internships at companies like Standard Chartered and Google.
