I work with revenue and post-sales teams on a common problem: too much of their customer revenue is under-managed. The issue is visibility, timing, and capacity. Customer signals sit across CRM, product, support, and billing systems, which makes it hard to see who needs attention, why they need it, and what should happen next. At Trig, we help teams identify customer risk and growth signals earlier, act on them in a more coordinated way, and measure whether those actions actually changed the outcome. Most of the conversations I have are around onboarding, adoption, churn risk, renewal visibility, and expansion timing. Before Trig, I spent years in sales and sales leadership roles across Intercom, Corsearch, Google and startup environments. I tend to care less about theory and more about whether something works in the real world.
