Successfully led the end-to-end migration of an entire native application to Flutter, starting from initial development to deployment in production. This included redesigning the UI to align with Material 3 & Cupertino standards.
Implemented Segment CDP to improve user engagement; using Connections, Unify and Engage and automate campaigns throughout all channels.
Single-handedly migrated legacy data from Microsoft SQL and Production SFCC into Amazon Redshift. Using Docker to manage local Microsoft SQL instances, followed by their integration into Redshift. Additionally, establishing a data pipeline from Salesforce Core to Redshift, ensuring efficient data management. The Data Warehouse maintained frequent snapshots and was integrated with Grafana for real-time monitoring and analysis. Orchestrated the strategic migration of our data warehousing from Amazon Redshift to Google BigQuery. This move was pivotal in aligning with our transition to Google Cloud, enhancing our capabilities in analytics and ensuring seamless integration with GA4.
