• Here my initial responsibility was to deliver brewery upgrade at Aurangabad, followed by driving the Cost quality and reliability targtes at Neemrana brewery. Post extremely successful stints at both the places, I was assigned to lead the entire manufacturing for the Northern region. I was handpicked to deliver cost,quality and reliability strategic projects at 3 company owned manufacturing locations, while also working towards ramping up volumes and efficiencies from upgraded brewery at Sonepat.
• Later on, I was entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading engineering for facilities across India . The role involved development and execution of strategies for Plant safety,asset care,water and energy management .I was also engaged in identifying opportunities for sustainable development of water,energy and waste management practices.Subsequently , I was given the charge of leading manufacturing operations across South & East. The role entailed delivering Cost, quality, safety and reliability initiatives across 5 company owned and 2 contract manufacturing facilities, with a specific mandate to restore efficiencies in the largest single site operation in India.
• As a part of my next & final role within the organization, I was given the charge of leading End to End Supply chain for Contract manufacturing operations.
