We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services.
The Services use artificial intelligence to source, analyze, and evaluate candidate profiles. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACKFORCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stackforce and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@stackforce.co. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
