• Designed and developed the sponsorship strategy and engaged with prospective sponsors for raising the funds (raised approximately INR 15 Crore in two months). Drafted MoUs for the engagement with various partners and successfully collaborated with The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) for jointly managing the expenses of the summit. Prepared tenders/RFPs for inviting partners for the development of the Digital Exhibition. Conceptualized the key themes of the digital exhibition and coordinated its overall design and development in multistakeholder scenarios with celebrity architects and digital exhibition designers.

• Developed a cohesive framework for the quarterly sector (Indian Power Sector) review by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. Designed Key sectoral Performance Indicators (KPIs) in consultation with the key stakeholders from the Ministry of Power and PMO (Prime Minister's Office). Institutionalized processes at the strategic and operational levels to ensure robust and timely monitoring of the sector's progress. Led the overall coordination at the ground and senior management levels for all the matters related to the sectoral review. Prepared quarterly reports on the sector's progress, challenges, bottlenecks and on the way forward. Assisted the Director-General of DMEO, Secretary of Ministry of Power and CEO of NITI Aayog in presenting the final report to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.

Conceptualized and developed the Outcome Budget for Government of India, which covers monitoring of expenditure made under CS/CSS budget heads (~USD 140 Billion). Provided inputs on M&E framework for Finance Committees Memorandums (Public Investment Boards, Expenditure Finance Committees, Standing Finance Committees, etc) and Cabinet Proposals. • Explored and researched new opportunities in the IoT space for conventional automobiles, henceforth, it was a work on innovation (management) derived through Big Data, AI and IoT to shape the future of mobility. Worked with and eventually managed the connected car product development team (cloud functions) and developed solutions/products to shift the mobility into a more connected, digital & shared mode. Developed connected vehicle platform (based on AZURE cloud) and applications to analyse the driving patterns based on vehicle drive data and driver's driving behavior along with a predictive model for future vehicle failures (with an integrated inventory management system). Successfully filed 10 plus Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
